Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request notice of cancellations to allow us to offer these times to other pets in need of care.

Regular appointments 24 hours notice

• Surgery/Dental Care with our doctors 48 hours notice
• Surgery with specialist - 72 hours notice
• Ultrasound/Echocardiogram -72 hours notices

If 3 regular or 1 surgery/dental care appointments are missed without the requested notice, a reservation fee will be required for future appointment bookings. This fee will be applied towards your office visit.

For appointments with a specialist (includes ultrasounds and echocardiograms) do not have proper notice, there is a fee of $300 that is due to the specialist.

Families arriving 10 or more minutes late for their scheduled appointment, may be asked to reschedule or need to wait until the next open appointment slot.
